At Fides, we feel strongly about having a durable contact with customers and business relations. We achieve the best results through good cooperation. Therefore, Fides does indeed invest in this. We do this for instance, by regularly visiting our customers and advising them on cultivation and on business, by organizing events for business relations and by offering marketing support.

Growing advice
Our representatives are on the road every day and visit our customers and business relations in order to discuss the crop and the business. Providing advice and information for together getting the highest possible yield from the products. Sometimes in business-like, sometimes in informal tones. Nevertheless, always sincere and with the intention to go for it together.

Events for business relations
Each year, Fides organizes various events such as flower trials (the Fides Flower Festival in week 24), a sailing event (LMC Cup), trips for growers to for example the IPM in Essen (Germany) and special growers and sales courses such as ‘Kom uit de Kas!’ ('Come out of the greenhouse!'). What makes these contact moments that special? Spending time with the customer and watch how the relationship grows!

Marketing support
As a part of our service and customer relations, Fides puts a lot of time and energy in the creation of attractive marketing concepts and promotional activities. We sincerely believe that this adds market value to our products, which results in distinction as well as sustainable yield for the entire chain. In the last few years, this was proved through successful series like Calandiva® and Idols series.
