SV.CO and Hamiplant start special collaboration

Grower SV.CO and trader Hamiplant immediately start a special collaboration. Together they will introduce four pot Chrysanthemums on the market, phased over the year. They do this under the name CO.creations. The cooperation and launch of the first plant sale was started with the symbolic handing over of the first plant by Arie Strijbis (manager SV.CO) to Leon Buskermolen (CEO Hamiplant).

Arie Strijbis (SV.CO): "The goals of this unique collaboration is to provide successful pot Chrysanthemum introductions on the market and goes beyond regular trading of plants. SV.CO offers perfectly grown plants, Hamiplant will take care for the first, exclusive distribution." This creates a win-win situation for both companies.

Leon Buskermolen (Hamiplant): "This way we can focus on a controlled demand for new Chrysanthemums, without taking any big risks. We do not have any doubts about the quality of the Chrysanthemums, but like to monitor the market demands correctly. This is really a special method for Hamiplant and the Dutch Flower Group where we are part of." Where Hamiplant normally mainly buys plants, they are explicitly involved in this collaboration which directly links in the chain (grower and their supplier) and other trading partners (their customers).

CO.creations
Every 4 months SV.CO offers the first 'CO.creation' exclusively to Hamiplant. After this period the next exclusive, introduction of a special pot Chrysanthemum will follow and the one before will be available wider. The variety Splash Funky Pink is the first release.

Splash Funky Pink
Pot Chrysanthemum Splash Funky Pink is specially selected for the CO.creations concept. The bouncy, pink flowers make the plant more different as usual. Splash Funky Pink fits every interior with her special flower colour and shape. It is suitable for use in a pot, or in an arrangement with several plants.

Fides is the breeder of the cultivation material for CO.creations and grown by SV.CO. The past 3 years Fides introduced nearly 40 new pot Chrysanthemums. In addition to single and double flowered types, Fides also introduced other successful specialties on the market such as Splash Meadow, Splash Icestar and Elle Fleur.
