Successful master class in Slovenia

During the recently organized master class in Slovenia by Flower Academy, respectively 25 and 250 (!) florists were present. Several Fides varieties were used: Arctic Queen, Bacardi, Country, Feeling Green Dark and Merlot. These were all made top of mind. The santini Country proved its versatility, because florists often used this variety in their arrangements. The florists also learn the basic knowledge of taking care of flowers, binding techniques and colour theory.

In week 26, the striking and new pink santini Dynasty is introduced on the market. Grower Richard van Schie tested extensively this special santini and was directly enthusiastic about its beautiful pink colour and great characteristics. During the last Fides Flower Festival, the santini Dynasty could be admired for the first time. Traders were also very excited about this new variety!

VIP-tickets RTL Tour du Jour for winners Cycling Challenge

Thursday 12 July, Dirk-Jan v/d Ende, Alexander van Delft, John van der Knaap and Dirk-Jan Breugem attended the TV-program RTL Tour du Jour in Naaldwijk. During the Fides Flower Festival 2012 they could show their best sport performance with the cycling challenge. As winners they won 2 VIP tickets for Tour du Jour, including dinner, and a beautiful bike bag filed with Dutch presents.
