Over the past few years, the Fides Osteospermum Margarita series has gone through quite a development. Constant improvements and the addition of new beautiful colours to the series took a lot of hard work. Margarita is a product with special qualities. Because of these qualities, Margarita is relatively easy to grow and for consumers, it makes it a cheerful feature to have around the house.

The Margarita series is characterized by its minimal need for growth regulators (meaning that it is environmentally friendly), its excellent, natural branching habit and its uniformity. All this makes Margarita into an easy to grow product. Because of its wide range of colours, special flower shapes, good heat tolerance and its good continued flowering during the summer, consumers consider it a quality product that provides a lot of pleasure. Since the addition of the logo, the series radiates more than ever. At a first glance, this especially developed logo stirs up a cheerful sunny spring like feeling. The Margarita series did not just get a new logo. We proudly present you the new Margarita Nano line. As the name indicates, this is a unique series of small Osteos, perfectly suitable for small pot sizes of 7 to 9 cm in 6-packs. Just like the Margarita series, this series is produced environmentally friendly because it needs very little growth regulators. Because of its good continued flowering, Margarita Nano provides the garden with a continuous abundance of flowers. This means that the consumer can enjoy this series over prolonged periods.

Margarita Nano was especially developed to be produced double-quick and with little effort! Plant the cuttings straight into the 6-pack, water this once with 100cc Cycocel and let the plants get on with it! No more inhibition or pinching back needed! Subject to temperature and light intensity, you will have a well-filled 6-pack from 7 weeks later (from the moment of sticking the unrooted cuttings). On average, this series is ready for sale 8 to 10 days sooner than other compact Osteo series on the market.
