On Thursday 15th September, the eleventh edition of the annual LMC Cup sailing race in Willemstad (The Netherlands) was held. Central to this event was the 50th anniversary of the year-round cultivation of cut Chrysanthemums in Holland. Especially for this jubilee, the captains of industry were present to win with their boat.
The day can fairly be remembered as a sunny and pleasant sailing day, where the captains of industry, traders, growers and other Fides relations entered the battle for the coveted cup.
